Yes, a deposit of $100.00 is payable to secure your booking and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event. If the balance is not received at least 7 days before the event date, the booking can be cancelled and the deposit of 100.00 will be forfeited. We accept cash, direct bank transfer and PayID. 


A deposit $100.00 is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. If you wish to change your date and time of the event, please let us know as soon as possible, we may be able to accommodate your request subject to our availability. 


Yes, a stable and strong wifi connection is needed to send photos instantly to your guests. However, photos will be sent later once the Photo Booth is connected with Wifi. Alternatively, we do offer portable wifi if your venue does not have one so that you will not miss out on the social media sharing. 


Yes, a standard power sources is required and ideally within five meters of the Photo Booth. 


If you choose our Attended package, an attendant will be on site to show you and your guests  features of the Photo Booth so that everyone can make the most out of your event. 

If you choose our Remote package, in this case we will monitor the Photo Booth remotely throughout the event to make sure it run smoothly. We will be at your venue in case of emergency. 


We will arrive at the venue 1 hour before the event start time and require 30 minutes for both set up and pack up. For example, we will arrive at 4pm for your 3 hour remote package, which starts at 5pm and ends at 8pm. We will back on site to pack up at 8pm. So don't worry, the setup and pack up time is not included in your hire duration. 

However, we will charged $50 per hour, which is stand or idle time, if you wish us to set up several hours  before your hire time.
